Join us for this afternoon workshop on photographing the bodybuilder. The human form has graceful lines and curves. It is also toned by muscles and sinews. All aspects of the body can be and are beautiful. This workshops portrays the athlete that has worked hard in the gym to strengthen and tone their body. Skilled models know how to pose to display and enhance their best features. Body builders use different poses to display their sharp angular tones and muscles. Learn how to set up the studio lights to illustrate the muscles; as the style is very different from models beauty and glamour including dramatic silhouette lighting. This workshop is limited to 10 students to insure that everyone gets ample time to create their images with the assistance from Bryce.
Bring a wide angle zoom and a telephoto zoom lens (at least 100mm - 105mm), tripod and a lens hood for every lens.
This workshop can include the #999 Post Workshop Private shoot immediately following the conclusion of this workshop. You can get a one-hour private shoot with the model for $100.00 which may include a model release. Advanced registration is strongly encouraged and only two private shoots will be offered per workshop. Enrollment is first-come-first served.
Students are expected to bring: camera with ample media cards, wide angle and telephoto lenses, tripod and a lens hood for each lens. Just like you go to a restaurant, it is common and appropriate to give your waitress/waiter a tip or gratuity, such is the case here. You are encouraged to provide a gratuity to your model at the end of a successful shoot.
