#1008 MASTER CLASS - Street Photography

This fifteen-session class includes at least ten field trips. This is a MASTER CLASS! It is intended for photographers desiring to stretch their creative boundaries of technique and experience. In this class you will start with a review of the master street photographers; who they were and the vision that they brought to this unique genre of photography. People like Henri Cartier-Bresson, Bruce Davidson, Robert Frank, Gary Winogrand, Wee Gee and Vivian Maier. Bryce Denison will lead discussions about the ethics of Street Photography from model releases and what you can and cannot photograph. Students will learn about the technical aspects of Street Photography from the gear that is ideally suited for this style of photography to the aesthetics and what constitutes a good sense of vision and composition. Guided field trips include: Detroit’s Eastern Market, Monroe and the Michigan State Fair, and a few Festivals. Field trips are subject to change according to the students’ needs and desires. Students will have access to the MPW computer lab and film scanners should they prefer to shoot with film as compared to digital cameras.

Master classes bundle several field trips and classroom events. If you were to sign up for each event individually, the price would be $1250.00. Bundle them and pay $1000.00.
