# 438 Photographing the OP-ART Fashion model
Do you remember in the 1960’s when Twiggy dominated the fashion scene and Andy Warhol ran his art factory? OP Art was the thing; Optical Illusions with strong graphic backgrounds were everywhere! We will start the workshop with a 1/2 hour classroom program to explore the leaders of this genre and what they did to make it significant. Learn about an entirely different direction concerning stronger posing concepts and styles, utilizing tapestries and vinyl backgrounds and selecting the perfect wardrobe to make your vision happen. Optical illusions played a strong role in this once trendy movement. Plan to be here to be part of it again. This workshop is ideal for photographers looking to post their images on social media or looking to create that WOW factor in your portfolio. #999 Post Workshop private shoot is available following the workshop.
Students are expected to bring: camera with ample media cards, wide angle and telephoto lenses, tripod and a lens hood for each lens. Just like you go to a restaurant, it is common and appropriate to give your waitress/waiter a tip or gratuity, such is the case here. You are encouraged to provide a gratuity to your model at the end of a successful shoot.
