Christmas Lights and Downtown Detroit; Does it get any better than that? YES IT DOES! Imagine photographing all that from a Segway. We will meet in Detroit Segway in the Shipping Container! 2934 Russell St, Detroit, MI 48207 at 4:30 PM on Saturday, then receive some training on how to drive a Segway. Then, as a group, we will ride them to nearby downtown Detroit to Campus Martius to photograph the ice skaters, Comerica Park, the Fox Theater and various parks which are spectacularly lit with Christmas lights. We will have ample opportunities to get off the Segways and walk around and photograph the people and lights of the evening. In conclusion, we drive our Segways back to our waiting cars (free parking) then rush home to download lots of spectacular photos. This will be just short of a Norman Rockwell or Currier & Ives Christmas. Maximum of 8 Students.
