# 608 Aerial Drone Basics

If you want to fly aerial drones legally, you must pass the FAA par 107 exam. This 1/2 day workshop will give you a chance to learn about drones. Learn which brand names are best and which features do you want on your drone. If you have never flown a drone before, you will get a chance to do so here! This workshop will provide you with information about how to safely take off and land your drone… about the restrictions and possibilities of where you can fly your drone. Then, there is the photography with your drone.  We will provide you with information about lenses, filters and file formats. This workshop should not be considered to provide you everything you need to pass the FAA part 107 exam and licensing, but it will give you a head start on the path to drone happiness.
