This two-hour Podcast is designed to provide basic information needed for a non-photographer realtor to design and create photos to be published on the web to assist in the sale of the residential property. It is also helpful for an experienced photographer to know what to photograph and document to inform the potential buyer of the features of the property. Issues like what kinds of lenses to use, how to shoot a panorama to minimize distortion and how to shoot an HDR photo so there can be good lighting throughout the entire room. We also talk about the use of a Tilt/Shift lens and when it is necessary and how to use one.
This podcast is 1/2 the price of the actual in-person class taught at MPW (#112), but the actual class is live and in-person with demonstrations and a question and answer period following.
